Every Monday for the next four weeks, MAD Mondays will present some of the most fascinating thought leaders in the industry, like first guest speaker Mette Søberg, head of R&D at Noma, as they share industry knowledge, inspire positivity, and tackle common challenges.
The online discussions will be open to everyone with an interest in gastronomy, and they will offer the opportunity to discuss the most pressing issues in the world of food and hospitality, tackling topics like migration, creativity, leadership, soil health and the ocean.
Søberg sets the tone for the series kicking off at 6:00pm CET on 15 February, talking creativity and how to keep up momentum and make ideas become a reality.
