There's a number of GPS driven recommendation apps on the market at the moment yet one company thinks there's room for another.
Poynt is a traveller companion app that offers restaurant recommendations, daily deals, weather and event information and even data on the price of petrol in the country you're currently traveling in. The app has launched across most devices and is available at the moment in Canada, United States, Spain, the United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, Australia, France and India.
