The three-Michelin-star restaurant in Menton, on the French Riviera in the south of France, is looking for top talent in all positions - and you could be a member of the team working under Marco Colagreco, the Argentinian chef famous for ultra-local, seasonal cuisine, lauded the world over.
Mauro Colagreco serves his unique, hyper-local cuisine at Mirazur with a menu that changes constantly according to certain natural themes, such as the cycle of the moon. The Mirazur menu is currently divided into four different variations of the 'Mirazur Universe' – Roots, Leaves, Flowers and Fruits. There is a biodynamic booking calendar on the site indicating which menu is to be served on which day.
Colagreco is known as a gardener chef, with a vast knowledge of the plants he grows in his restaurant garden. Working at Mirazur would surely require deep knowledge and respect for natural, home-grown ingredients and a passion for fine dining.
