How many times have you been grossed out when cleaning your kitchen sink? No one really wants to touch those leftover food particles caught in the drain. Thankfully, two clever designers have put an end to those days with Tweak, an innovate drain strainer everyone should have.
Made from flexible silicone, the Tweak strainer features a small triangular-shaped handle that allows you to pick it up without touching the food stuck in the drain. This means zero yuck factor next time you have to do the dishes by hand.
It's a brilliant design from dynamic duo Nitzan Shafat and Aviv Rozenfeld, both based in Tel Aviv. Although they designed their kitchen drain strainer when they were studying at the Shenkar College of Engineering and Design, they've run a successful Kickstarter campaign to make Tweak a reality.
