For the past few days the internet, for all the wrong reasons, has been blowing up about Nusret Gokce - a Turkish restaurant owner who posts flamboyant videos of himself preparing meat, meat in almost every possible way.
Much of the hype has centred around the theatrical, and downright over the top, way in which Gokce sprinkles the seasoning on the finished pieces of meat but there’s actually no denying his skills.
His knife skills are on point, watch as he quickly cuts a t-bone, whips the excess fat off cuts and slice and dices in all ways imaginable.
Ok - he’s totally on the edge of crazy, we get it, and the whole godfather stuff is a little mad, but this guys got some skills.
