What is agua fresca?
Beloved in Mexico and Central America, agua fresca is a type of non-alcoholic drink made from fresh fruit blended with water, a sweetening agent (often sugar) and a touch of lime juice. The name literally means "fresh water."
How To Make Agua Fresca
You can make agua fresca from practically any fruit, flower or even hydrating veggie like cucumber. You'll need a blender, a strainer and ice for serving. Use the video below as a guideline and tweak it according to your desired agua fresca flavor.
