If you're sat looking at a huge bowls of dried fruits and nuts leftover from Christmas, unsure exactly what to do with the contents, take a look at this recipe from Strawberry Plum.
It's for a traditional Italian dessert called Torrone which is made using white nougat, nuts and fruits and although this recipe calls for apricots and almonds it should work well with whatever nuts and dried fruits you have.
The finished dessert looks great and what an easy way to use up some of the Christmas leftovers.
