Gin and Tonic seems to be making a revival at the moment with many chefs using it in dishes and a renewed focus on great bartenders - the classic drink has been enjoying some increased demand.
With that in mind the team from Joe and Seph's popcorn have produced their own gin and tonic infused popcorn.
It's made as any normal popcorn but then coated in a caramel infused gin and tonic flavoring.
The makers say "“your palette will first experience the crisp tonic and finish with smooth, tasty gin, just like a real G&T.” Sounds like a bold promise for a bag of popcorn.
Rather than just being faux-meat, Mamu is different. It's a mushroom-based meat alternative that's getting its launch in restaurants so that chefs can test its versatility. Flora Tsapovsky investigates.
