Swedish photographerCarl Kleineris famous for his geometric view of the world. His photography - which blends colors, shapes and light into geometrical patterns - has been featured in advertising campaigns by top brands around the world, including Ikea, Nikon, Electrolux and Le Bon Marché.
On this ocassion, the talented photographer teamed up with his fiancé stylist Evelina Bratell to create geometric food art for an editorial in Blend magazine. The idea was to capture food in its most basic form, playing with color, shapes and angles. Carl applied his geometric principles on evertyhing from cheese to chocolate.
Rather than just being faux-meat, Mamu is different. It's a mushroom-based meat alternative that's getting its launch in restaurants so that chefs can test its versatility. Flora Tsapovsky investigates.
