The caviar is available at $525 for four ounces and $1,050 for eight. It come with a rare black mother of pearl spoon engraved with Ripert's signature and is even delivered with some handmade blini and crème fraîche.
The caviar is described as tasting nutty, briny and lightly salty and is the same product Ripert serves in his Le Bernadin restaurant in New York.
