Adam Savage from the popular TV series Mythbusters has launched a new web series and for one of his first interviews the presenter has sat down with the chef and owner of the Momofuku Noodles Bars,David Chang.
It's an hour long interview in which Savage discusses a whole array of topic with the chef. From the use of MSG in food to the difficulty of hiring great staff.
The new series is called The Talking Roomand with Chang working on so many projects, including his restaurants, his magazine Lucky Peach and a whole list of other ideas - the chef makes for a great first guest.
