They say that some cheese smell strong enough to bring tears to your eyes and we've already examined the whiff of super strong cheeses before on FDL but this latest artisan cheese made from real human tears is a new one even for us.
It was created by Dublin's Science Gallery who decided to harvest human microbes to create a whole range of cheeses.
It was done as part of a new exhibition called Selfmade which explores the humans as mini ecosystems.
Tears were first swapped before the cultures were used to brew up a very unique range of cheese.
