If you're a bit of a cookie fiend who can't keep away from the cookie jar then you're going to love this new invention from David Krippendorf.
Called The Kitchen State, at first glance it's a regular cookie jar but upon further inspection you quickly realize there''s more to it than that.
It's fitted with a lock and a timer meaning that if you're prone to sneak back to the biscuits in the middle of the nigh you can pre-empt this temptation by locking yourself out of your own cookie jar.
At the moment the designer is looking for funds on Kickstarter and has surpassed the goal already so the invention will soon be commercially available.
