This Italian white wine is produced in the northeastern region of Friuli-Venezia Giulia. It’s a medium bodied wine with a golden hue and explosive herbal notes with citrus and fruity aromas. Excellent pairings would be delicate dishes like Parma ham, vegetables, seafood and fresh goat cheese. A fine producer of this white wine is the prestigious estate of Ronco delle Mele di Venica&Venica, home to 27-year old wines in village of Dolegna del Collio.
