It seems everything tastes better when it's deep fried. That includes cupcakes, at least according to blogger Stef from theCupcake Project.
As if cupcakes weren't delicious or sinful enough on their own, Stef has taken to cutting her cupcakes into nuggets, breading them with cupcake crumbs and cooking them in the deep fryer.
The result? Cupcakes that taste like a doughnut camouflaged as a chicken nugget. To make them look even more authentic she serves them up with a side of BBQ sauce (aka raspberry jam). By the looks of them, these cupcake nuggets are simply irresistible.
