Salmon and Vegetable Wraps (Carb Free)
Smoked salmon has a great consistency for making small carb free rolls with vegetables for a fast fuss free finger food.
Take a slice of salmon, slice up a selection of vegetables (zucchini, celery, carrots, if you like fresh daikon). If you like you can even add chives. Take a small bunch of the chopped vegetables, put them at the center of the slice of salmon, and roll up, just like a roulade. To keep everything together tie the roulade up with chives or herbs (of course anything edible) and serve with soy or oriental dipping sauces.
