MSLGroup are a communication agency that work with hundreds of food and beverage brands and using their knowledge of the the food industry have put their hat in the ring and offered up some predictions for the future of the speciality food industry.
Some are obvious, such as the continued rise of the mighty bacon, while others offer some interesting observations - the increase in sales of nut and seed butters, grocery order subscriptions and producers taking spirits and infusing them with other ingredients.
