Chocolate Ice Cream
8 scoops
Cream
200 ml double (48% fat)
Amarula
100 ml (or Kahlua or whisky)
Chocolate
125 ml, sauce
Whipped cream
150 ml (35–38% fat), whisked
Preparation
Put the ice cream, double cream and Amarula into a blender.
Blend for 1–2 minutes.
Pour into chilled glasses.
Pour the chocolate sauce on top.
Top with whipped cream and serve at once.
