New Orleans has long functioned as one of America’s defining culinary crossroads, a city where French, Spanish, African, Caribbean, Vietnamese, and Creole influences continue to shape the way chefs cook across the country. This summer, that layered food culture becomes the backdrop for the third annual S.Pellegrino® Presents 777 dinner series, which heads to Jack Rose for a one-night collaboration bringing together some of the country’s most influential chefs.
Set for New Orleans, the dinner will feature seven chefs interpreting the city’s spirit through seven courses and pairings, with a lineup that includes Jon Yao of Kato, Sujan Sarkar of Indienne, Gabriel Kreuther of Gabriel Kreuther, Phila Lorn of Mawn, Aisha Ibrahim, Fariyal Abdullahi of Hav & Mar, Ryan Ratino of Hive Hospitality, and Brian Landry of Jack Rose. Co-hosted by S.Pellegrino®, Jack Rose, and New Orleans native Cooper Manning, the event continues the brand’s growing focus on immersive chef collaborations rooted in place and mentorship.
