Believe it or not, seeds are one of the most nutritious foods on earth. What they lack in size they make up for in nutrients. If you are curious to know which seeds you should be eating take a look at this nifty infographic.

Vegetarians might be interested in knowing that hemp seeds are a full protein and make a great addition to smoothies. Sunflower and sesame seeds are rich in nutrients that contribute to strong bones. Chia and flax sees are packed with omega 3s which may help lower cholesterol, among other things.

If you cook you may already have some of these seeds around so be sure to sprinkle them into foods you already eat. If not, it's never too late to stock up on these mighty seeds.
