A remarkably diverse crowd is the secret behind the success of the Paris CookBook Fair, which every year gathers publishers, authors, photographers, writers, chefs, stylists, printers, professors and students from over 50 countries in the Ville Lumière.
From the flavours of French haute cuisine to beer tasting, from venturing into Malaysian tribal food to going through the “wine pentathlon”, the Fair is one of the most multi-faceted experiences that food and wine lovers can have, in a city where food and wine are the object of worshipping.
Traditionally, the fair is also an opportunity for professional visitors looking for contacts and ideas. The prominent role of the International Rights Centre is there to remind everyone of the fair’s quest to be the global hub of the cookbook business.
