The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna, has released the rankings of the 51-100 restaurants ahead of the top 50 countdown, which will take place during a red carpet ceremony held in London, UK, on 18 July.
This extended ranking allows a greater number of hospitality establishments across the world increased visibility, and this year includes 20 new entries from 15 different cities.
Restaurants from twenty two territories across six continents feature, with Asia boasting the majority of entries at 14, closely followed by Europe with 13, and North America in third position with 11. Oceania has the fewest venues represented with just one restaurant.
The highest new entry is Trèsind Studio, Dubai, UAE, at No.57.
Chef Brower is the winner of the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Competition 2024-24 USA Regional Final and will now go on to compete at the Grand Finale.
