This week Fine Dining Lovers were in Singapore bringing you all the action from the announcement of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants List for 2014, sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna.
The ceremony was packed with chefs from all over the world and it was David Thompson at Nahm Restaurant in Bangkok that was picked as the best in Asia.

From Asia we travelled to Latin America for an interview with the Peruvian chef Gaston Acurio. Acurio spoke with us about his latest project in Lima and how he plans to open a university there this year.
He also looked ahead to the future of Latin American cuisine and told us why he thinks that the best is yet to come.
