Tackling Food Waste
This week at Fine Dining Lovers we kicked things off with a special report from chef Dylan Jones.
Jones, along with his wife Duangporn Songvisava, run restaurant Bo.lan in Bangkok. Their restaurant was listed 19th in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2017 and together the couple tackle food waste with a good dose of creativity.
Dylan is also the co-founder and co-director of the Re Food Forum which will be held in Bangkok on March 19 and 20, 2018, of which Fine Dining Lovers will be media-partner.

Also this week we brought you the inside scoop on FRUTO – Dialogos do alimento, Brazilian chef Alex Atala’s first ever food seminar.
FRUTO took place in Sao Paulo and it was the stage where farmers, producers, anthropologists, neuroscientists, and scholars talked about sustainability and social issues.
