This week at Fine Dining Lovers we kicked things off with a special report from chef Dylan Jones.
Jones, along with his wife Duangporn Songvisava, run restaurant Bo.lan in Bangkok. Their restaurant was listed 19th in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2017 and together the couple tackle food waste with a good dose of creativity.
Dylan is also the co-founder and co-director of the Re Food Forum which will be held in Bangkok on March 19 and 20, 2018, of which Fine Dining Lovers will be media-partner.
The team at Don Julio have taken over an unloved corner of Buenos Aires. Organic produce harvested at the community-focused urban garden Huerta Luna de Enfrente will exclusively benefit local soup kitchens. Read on for the full story.
