The menu offers 17 sumptuous dishes representing the many facets of Queen Bey’s life. For appetizers, you can’t miss Blue Ivy - a dish named after her baby girl - composed of smoked blue potatoes, chiriboga blue, trout roe and watercress. Oysters Rocafella are another fun starter inspired by Jay-Z.
Then there’s the pasta. Who wouldn’t want to order a first course of Jay-Ziti, Halo and I Am Pasta Fierce? For mains the restaurant concocted a Drunk in Love negroni short rib and Breastiny’s Child veal braciole, among others delectable dishes.
