Shot by award-winning Swedish photographer Pers-Anders Jörgensen, Eating With Chefs is a cookbook for those who dream of sharing meals with their favorite restaurateurs.
The cookbook is published by Phaidon and features 200 documentary-style photos depicting staff meals with some of the world's greatest restaurants: El Celler de Can Roca, Noma, Mugaritz, Blue Hill at Stone Barns, Osteria Francescana and The French Laundry.
Among the 50 family-style recipes you'll find Noma's brownies, The French Laundry's apple compote with apple streusel topping, the wd-50 Big Mac and Chez Panisse's summer vegetable soup with pesto. The cookbook also contains photographs of candid behind-the-scenes moments which make the book a real gem.
