Available from Hammacher Schlemmerthe machine is the result of the combined expertise of historical Swiss clock makers, located in the birthplace of the mechanical music box, along with a Swiss coffeemaker manufacturer.
Working in tandem with the espresso maker’s mechanics, the music box plucks away at over 200 wire pins on a rotating brass cylinder during the 36 seconds it takes to brew your cup of coffee.
A total of eleven different 36-second musical selections are available with a play list that includes everything from Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons, and Mozart’s Magic Flute to Deep Purple’s Smoke On The Water.
