Massimo Bottura, chef-patron of three-Michelin-star, former number one restaurant in the world, Osteria Francescana in Modena, Italy, is to bring his Italian concept restaurant Torno Subito to South Florida, later this year.
Torno Subito, Bottura’s bella vita-themed Italian concept, currently winning hearts and bellies in Dubai, will be located on the rooftop of Julia & Henry’s, a seven-story entertainment and culinary space due to open this spring.
A more casual and less expensive restaurant, Torno Subito was recently awarded a Michelin star in the inaugural Dubai guide for its Italian Riviera-themed menu which includes classics like oxtail ravioli, margherita pizza, rack of lamb, wagyu, and a tagliatelle al ragu from his flagship Modena restaurant.
Torno Subito Miami will have chef Bernardo Paladini at the helm, who moves from the Dubai restaurant, having cooked there since the restaurant’s inception in 2019.
The restaurant will be in partnership with King Goose Hospitality, the firm behind the Julia and Henry project in Miami.
