The Grub Hub ordering network includes more than 20,000 restaurants in over 500 American cities and on top of delivering 69 different different types of cuisine the team have been busy building an interactive map from the whopping amount of data they collect.
The interactive map looks at the the demand and availability of the top ethnic cuisines across America.
You can look at the map through a number of U.S. cities or break down through cuisines from Indian to Mexican.
You can even see how orders in certain cities compare to the kind of restaurants that are there, a perfect resource if you're looking to open a new restaurant in America.
Rather than just being faux-meat, Mamu is different. It's a mushroom-based meat alternative that's getting its launch in restaurants so that chefs can test its versatility. Flora Tsapovsky investigates.
