The 14th edition of Identità Golose, the prestigious chef congress sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna, gathered a spectacular line-up of world-class chefs for three days of cooking shows, presentations and speeches in Milan from 3 to 5 March 2018.
Organizers chose The Human Factor as this year's theme and participants, which included acclaimed chefs as Massimo Bottura, Yannick Alleno, Carlo Cracco, Clare Smyth, Virgilio Martinez and Will Guidara, were all asked to reinterpret the theme with through their dishes and words.
