Mexican chef Enrique Olvera will celebrate the release of Mexico from the Inside Out, his first cookbook written in English, with a tour across the United States.
Olvera, whose flagship restaurant Pujol ranks 16th in the world, will kick off his book tour in New York City (also home to his latest restaurant Cosme) on October 12th. He will visit four cities in total and finalize the tour in St. Paul on October 22nd.
The acclaimed chef has made a career of reinterpreting the food of his homeland. In acknowledge of all his efforts, Olvera was recently presented the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants award ceremony. He is also a key figure in the Mesamerica food congress.
