The new collection of small kitchen appliances from Smeg takes you back to the booming 50s. The retro products are curved and compact much like the fancy fridges the Italian company is known for.
Smeg 50's Styleline includes toasters, blenders, mixers and tea kettles in pastel colors, cherry red and black. The line was developed “for people who want to dabble at being a chef, but not only” and made its grand debut earlier this year at Live From Milan.
The retro toasters offers six levels of browning and come in two-slice or four-slice models. Ten speeds help the stylish but heavy duty stand mixers whip up anything from meringue to classic creme Chantilly. Smeg 50's Style blenders offer four speeds for making thick shakes, smoothies, purees and sauces.
With their vintage look but modern technology these fun appliances would certainly perk up any kitchen. Don't you think?
