The S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Competition 2022-23 is about to go live, and the regional finals are just around the corner. At this stage, young chefs selected by Alma will test themselves in front of their local juries to compete for the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy award, the Acqua Panna Award for Connection in Gastronomy and the S.Pellegrino Award for Social Responsibility. For the readers of Fine Dining Lovers there is also the possibility to decide who should win the Food for Thought Award.
What is the Fine Dining Lovers Food For Thought Award?
The Fine Dining Lovers Food for Thought Award is given to chefs who best represent their personal philosophy in their signature dish. The winner will be chosen by Fine Dining Lovers' readers – chefs, non-chefs or even just foodies – who will be able to vote up to 30 days preceding the regional finals. The announcement of the winner will take place during the respective regional final.

By accessing the dedicated mini-site, readers can check out the signature dishes and the philosophy with which they were created by the young chef competitors, and will then be able to cast their vote for the best. Voting will be open 30 days before the start of the regional final and remain open up until 72 hours before.
