Diversions is crafted book of beautiful food photography and creations born from a partnership with the photographers, Bohman + Sjöstrand and chef, Sayan Isaksson.
Released at the end of March, Diversions is billed as a celebration of Japanese cuisine created by the dynamic chef Isaksson.
It includes beautiful pictures of some of the most amazing looking Eastern food we've ever seen but at no point attempts to be a recipe book.
This is a portrait of a chef and his work. It sets out to offer inspiration from the East and with a collection of dishes that are varied, innovative and perfectly crafted - it does a pretty good job.
Now a three-Michelin-star restaurant, Noma has changed, but not necessarily on the plate. According to Kenneth Foong, it's all about the way the team works, which is closer to a tech company than a traditional restaurant. Read our exclusive interview with Noma's head chef.
