Diversions is crafted book of beautiful food photography and creations born from a partnership with the photographers, Bohman + Sjöstrand and chef, Sayan Isaksson.
Released at the end of March, Diversions is billed as a celebration of Japanese cuisine created by the dynamic chef Isaksson.
