For the past decade, David Chang has steadily built a restaurant empire with locations in New York, Toronto, Sydney. The successful chef is also the host of a new PBS series The Mind of a Chef. With all of these accomplishments, you'd think Chang could mix a mean drink. It turns out he can't.
In an interview with Australian publication The Vine, the chef confessed: ''I have no dexterity…not very good at bartending. My hands are total shit these days so I can’t really hold anything quite well. I would not want to get drinks from me. If I am ever behind the bar, something is terribly wrong.''
