People are getting serious about coffee these days with a whole army of coffee lovers seeking out their preferred baristas, preferred beans and the preferred roast.
The Blue Bottle Craft of Coffee book is by James Freeman the founder of Blue Bottle Coffee who have three stores in New York. He sets of on a journey to explore beans from around the world and offers readers tips and tricks on how to brew the perfect cup of coffee, how to make espresso and even how to roast your own beans using standard kitchen items.
The book is packed with over 200 photos and features recipes from the Blue Bottle's in house pastry chef Caitlin Freeman who offers up some great coffee inspired recipes. It looks like a great coffee book and one that offers up insight from a number of different angles.
