This carpet may seem like it's been made from lush fabric but it is in fact created using 2 tons of refined sugar.
Created by the Montreal based artist Aude Moreau the sugar carpet is currently on display at the Smack Mellon space in Brooklyn.
The artist says that the work creates a tension because of its sheer scale and the physical distance it imposes.
Just be careful if you go to see it, one wrong foot and you could destroy the whole piece.
