San Pellegrino Aspen Food & Wine Sweepstakes Official Rules (“Official Rules” or “Rules”)
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, 21 AND OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

Sweepstakes Period: The San Pellegrino Aspen Food & Wine Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 A.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 4, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. ET on May 25, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Administrator’s clock is the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.
Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to registered Fine Dining Lovers (“Program”) members who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and are twenty-one (21) years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Nestlé USA, Inc., Brandmovers, Inc. and/or any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes (collectively with Sponsor, the "Sweepstakes Entities") and their immediate family (spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Administrator’s and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
How To Enter: You must be a Program member and meet the eligibility criteria as outlined above to participate in the Sweepstakes. Program membership is free.During the Sweepstakes Period, visit www.finedininglovers.com/AspenClassic-sweepstake (“Website”) and follow the instructions to either log in or to register as a Fine Dining Lovers member and then complete the Sweepstakes entry form by providing your full name and email address. After completing all required fields and submitting the form, you will receive one (1) entry (“Entry”) into the Sweepstakes. Only Entries submitted by verified Program members will be considered valid. All Entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) Entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Entrants who do not follow all of the instructions, provide the required information in the entry form, or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Sponsor and Administrator, may be disqualified.
Random Drawing/Winner Selection: On or about May 26, 2026, Administrator will conduct a random drawing to select one (1) potential winner from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Winner is considered a “potential” winner pending verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. The potential winner will be notified by Administrator on or about the business day following the random drawing via the email address provided on the entry form (the “Winner Notification”). The potential winner must respond to the Winner Notification within forty-eight (48) hours, or the potential winner will forfeit the prize, and the prize may then be awarded to an alternate potential winner, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Neither Administrator nor Sponsor are responsible for any change of email address of any entrant, for undeliverable, unanswered emails or other technical glitches related to the sending of the Winner Notification. Potential winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where legally permitted, Publicity Release ("Release"). The potential winner will be also be required to execute and return an IRS Form W-9 (and will receive a subsequent 1099 IRS Form for the actual retail value of prize) along with Release and any other documentation that Sponsor and Administrator may require and return it by the date specified by Administrator in the Winner Notification, or prize may be forfeited in its entirety and another potential winner may be selected. Prize will be awarded only if the potential winner fully complies with these Official Rules. A potential winner will not be declared the official winner (“Winner”) unless and until all properly executed documents are returned as directed by Administrator. Only three (3) alternate potential winners will be selected, after which the prize shall remain unawarded. Prize will be awarded only if the potential winner fully complies with these Official Rules.
Prize: A trip for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to attend the Aspen Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, CO (“Event”). Trip must take place between June 18, 2026, and June 21, 2026. Trip includes roundtrip coach-class airfare for the Winner and Guest from the airport nearest Winner’s residence to an airport near Aspen, CO; three (3) night double occupancy hotel accommodations in or near Aspen; two (2) tickets to the Event; and dinner for Winner and Guest at a Sponsor-selected restaurant (“Prize”). The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prize: $10,400. All Prize components shall be selected and determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Prize Restrictions and Limitations: Winner and Guest must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Items not included as part of the Prize which are the sole responsibility of the Winner include but are not limited to, the following: transportation between Winner’s residence and departure airport nearest to Winner’s residence; baggage fees; travel insurance; room service; laundry service; spa treatments; alcoholic beverages; local and long distance telephone calls; merchandise and souvenirs; incidental expenses; tips and gratuities; income taxes; and all other costs and expenses not otherwise mentioned herein. If Winner lives within reasonable driving distance of Aspen, CO, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, then air travel will be replaced with ground transportation and Winner will not receive any compensation or additional prize in conjunction therewith.
Winner and Guest must travel together on specified itinerary, including same departure date, destination and return date or Prize may be forfeited in its entirety. Airfare may not include government taxes, Passenger Facility Charge or September 11th Security Fee. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All airline tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay. Certain documentation and requirements may be necessary for travel, such as photo identification. Winner and Guest are solely responsible for any documentation and requirements and determining applicable procedures and restrictions. All travel dates and arrangements are subject to change, availability and Sponsor’s approval. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, and blackout dates. Certain restrictions, as determined by Sponsor, may apply. In addition, Winner may be required to present a valid credit card at the hotel at the time of check-in. Prize elements may not be separated. Prize may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Trip and its components may not be sold, traded, transferred, or rescheduled to dates other than those set forth above, or refunded. The ARV for Prize is an estimate made before the start of the Sweepstakes. All taxes (including, without limitation, state and federal income taxes) and the reporting consequences thereof associated with the use and acceptance of any prize are solely the responsibility of the Winner.
If Winner chooses to take Trip without a Guest, then the remaining elements of Prize shall be awarded and shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s obligation to Winner, and no additional compensation will be awarded. Guest may be required to execute and return a release of liability and, except where prohibited, publicity release (collectively, the “Guest Release”), or guest portion of Prize may be forfeited. If Event (or any portion thereof) does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons including but not limited to cancellations, postponement, location changes, or for any other reason, then the remaining elements of Prize shall be awarded and shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s obligation to Winner, and no additional compensation will be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize (or any component thereof) with a prize of equal or greater value if the Prize (or any component thereof) becomes unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to cancellation of the Event, changes in travel availability, or supply chain disruptions. The Winner will not receive any additional compensation or cash equivalent in connection with any such substitution.
Winner and Guest must always conduct themselves in an appropriate, well-behaved and socially responsible manner during the Trip. The preceding includes abiding by all policies of the Event venue as well as abiding by all applicable laws/regulations. Sponsor reserves the right to remove or deny Event entry to Winner and/or Guest who behaves in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the Event. Released Parties (as defined below) will not be responsible for weather, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other event that may cause the cancellation or postponement of the Event.
Specific seat location at Event is of Sponsor’s sole determination. Event admission privileges are provided to Winner and Guest pursuant to a revocable, nontransferable license and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce, transferred, given away, donated, or otherwise conveyed. Winner and guest will be solely responsible for obtaining valid identification to enter the Event venue. Sponsor and/or Event venue may revoke admission to Event at any time for, amongst other things, failure of Winner and/or Guest to conduct themselves in accordance with the Event venue’s code of conduct while at Event venue at any time before, after or during any portion of the Event or if Winner or Guest are determined to be intoxicated, to pose a safety risk to themself or others, or engages in any conduct that brings Sponsor and/or Event venue into disrepute.
Publicity Grant: By submitting an Entry, each entrant agrees to allow use of their name, username, likeness, city and state of residence, and/or biographical information for promotional purposes (including posting on Sponsor’s website), in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide in perpetuity, without additional compensation or notification to, or permission from, entrant, except where prohibited.
Entry Conditions and Release: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, emails, or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of Entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor and Administrator, will be disqualified and all associated Entries will be void. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of Entries, and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners from among all non-suspect, eligible Entries received up to time of cancellation or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Entrants, by participating, agree that Sweepstakes Entities, and their respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, prize suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry, the Authorized Account Holder of the email address used to register for Entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. The “Authorized Account Holder” is the natural person who is assigned an account by the Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning such accounts or the account associated with the submitted email address. The potential winners may be required to show proof of being the Authorized Account Holder.
Privacy: Any information collected during an entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes will be collected by Sponsor in accordance with the terms of Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Governing Law and Venue: These Official Rules are governed by US law and are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Any dispute arising from these Official Rules and the Sweepstakes will be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Delaware except to the extent preempted by U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict of law rules or principles (whether of Delaware or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION: PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT. THESE TERMS INCLUDE A CLASS ACTION WAIVER, A JURY TRIAL WAIVER, AND A BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AGREEMENT TO RESOLVE DISPUTES. IN ARBITRATION THERE IS LESS DISCOVERY AND APPELLATE REVIEW THAN IN COURT. FOR CLARITY, PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES IS SUBJECT TO, AND YOU AGREE TO, THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, RELEASES, OBLIGATIONS, DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURE, AND OTHER TERMS SET FORTH IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND IN THE “DISPUTE RESOLUTION” SECTION OF THE NESTLÉ USA TERMS & CONDITIONS. THE DISPUTE RESOLUTION SECTION OF THE NESTLÉ USA TERMS & CONDITIONS IS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE AND APPLIES TO DISPUTES, CLAIMS, OR ANY OTHER RELEVANT ASPECT ARISING FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES OR THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
