2 sprigs, tips finely chopped
Sesame Oil
4 tbsp
Apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp
Black pepper

Chili Pepper
Sesame seeds

Lime wedges

To prepare the courgette noodles, cut the courgettes into fine spaghetti strips using a spiral cutter or grater.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the courgette strips until soft and heated through.

Cut the avocado into dice and drizzle immediately with lime juice.

Mix together the courgette noodles, avocados, tomatoes and dill.

Mix the oil and vinegar through the vegetables and season to taste with ground black pepper and a pinch of chilli powder.

Arrange the mixture on plates and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Garnish the courgette noodles with lime wedges and serve.
