Spinach
35 g, baby
Apple juice
250 ml
Chia Seeds
1 1/2 tbsp, plus extra for sprinkling
Mint
6 sprigs

Preparation

How to make spinach apple smoothie with chia seeds

To prepare spinach and apple smoothie recipe first spread the diced pears out on a lined baking tray and freeze for 2 hours or until solid.

Put the spinach in a liquidiser with the apple juice, chia seeds and four sprigs of mint. Blend until smooth.

Add the frozen pear to the liquidiser and blend until smooth, then divide between two glasses.

Top each spinach and apple smoothie with a mint sprig and an extra sprinkle of chia seeds.
