How To Make Lime and Vodka Granita
1. Mix the lime juice with 400 ml water, add the icing sugar and stir until dissolved.
2. Beat the egg whites until stiff and mix into the lime water, then transfer to a shallow baking dish or metal dish.
3. Freeze for about 3-4 hours and stir at least every hour.
4. To serve, put a little vodka into 4 small glasses and fill up with granita.
Decorate with lime zest and serve with lime wedges.
