Step 01

Peel the kiwi fruit and roughly chop the flesh.

Step 02

Peel the bananas and chop into quarters to make blending easier.

Step 03

Blend the kiwi fruit with the bananas and yoghurt until smooth.

Step 04

Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Tips & tricks

  • Freeze the bananas first for a smoother blend and a cooling drink. Peel the bananas and freeze in a Ziploc bag, removing as much air as possible. Once in the bag, squish the banana down with your finger so it’s broken up enough to blend easily once frozen.
  • Add orange juice to loosen up your smoothie.
  • If you need a little sweetness, try adding a drizzle of agave syrup.

Serving suggestions
