sesam seeds

sunflower seeds

Garlic
1/2 clove
Rosemary
1 sprig
nutrional yeast flakes

Paprika

Preparation

  • Grind 100 grams of flax seeds in a spice grinder.
  • Set aside.
  • Mix onion, garlic and rosemary in a mixer until creamy.
  • Set aside.
  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a wooden spoon.
  • Let rest for about 30 minutes.
  • Spread the mixture on silicone baking mat, cut the crackers with a plastic knife and dehydratate for about 8/10 hours.
  • Let cool completely and serve.
