The three videos below demonstrate seven of the most basic knife skills – how to slice, dice, chop, julienne, and chiffonade, and how to level off and layer a cake.
They're nicely put together and easy to follow, and while these are basic skills that every chef and most home cooks will be adept at, it's always great to refresh and watching knife videos is just really fun too right?
