We see all kinds of wacky and wonderful food creations here at FDL but none have caught our eye recently as much as these shots to promote the food studio Etenschap.
The works were created by the photographer Rene Mesman, the food stylist Claartje Lindhout and the graphic design Bas Koopmans.
Apples paired with mushrooms, peas and fruit and what can only be described as a cross between a pineapple and a fish are all brought to life in these wonderful pictures.
Rather than just being faux-meat, Mamu is different. It's a mushroom-based meat alternative that's getting its launch in restaurants so that chefs can test its versatility. Flora Tsapovsky investigates.
