This week we went to Practice the Art of Fine Food with S.Pellegrino and the Italian chef Davide Oldani in Milan.
Oldani took FDL through a very special plate of spaghetti with tomato sauce - a classic Italian dish that done well provides the perfect taste of the Med.

Gang-Ham Style
This week we also interviewed the Brazilian chef Ricardo Caput who has just got the job as the personal chef of Psy from the viral music hit Gangnam Style.
His new job will pay $40,000 a month and see him go on tour with Psy as he plays to fans all over the world.
Ricardo heard about the job thanks to FDL and he was more than happy to speak to us from his new base in Korea before heading off to LA to meet with Psy.
