Where Chefs Like to Eat
This week on Fine Dining Lovers we took a look at the new book that's caught a lot of attention, Where Chef's Like to Eat.
It's a compilation of restaurant recommendations from some of the best chefs in the world and is proving to be quite the hit.
Created by Phaidon, the book features recommendations from Rene Redzepi, Markus Samuelsson, Ferran Adria and Heston Blumenthal.
Asia's Time to Shine
Moving to the East we looked forward to the 25th of February when the first ever 50 Best Restaurants of Asia list will be announced.
It's yet another indication of the culinary spotlight heading towards Asia and to mark this we took a look at some of the chefs, restaurants and interesting dishes coming out of just a handful of Asia's best restaurants.
We also looked at the Best Female Chef and Lifetime Achievement winners which have already been announced.
Food Mess
Henry Hargreaves is a provocative food producer. Working from his NYC studio he is the force behind projects such as deep fried gadgets and bacon typography.
Hargreaves, who was once a fashion model, has now had his work featured in GQ, Esquire and New York magazine.
He sat down with FDL to discuss his work and some of his own peculiar views on food. He also shared with us a great selection of pictures from some of his recent works.
In the Blog
We had the beautiful food collages of Julie Lee, a bakewell tart animation and a look at what we'll be eating in 2013.
