This week on Fine Dining Lovers we were in Singapore to bring you live coverage of the announcement of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants List.
With many changes across the list and two new countries featuring, we brought you a report of exactly what happened on the night with some reactions from the chefs.
We also followed up with an interview with chef Gaggan Anand whose restaurant, Gaggan, in Bangkok topped the list.
