There was much talk at the end of August when it was announced that kitchen crews from Alinea and Eleven Madison Park were to swap kitchens in a project called Twenty First Century Limited.
Well now the website for this unique collaboration has gone live and people can finally register their interest in tickets that cost $495 plus 20% tax and service charge.
The project will see a dining experience held in each of the restaurants by visiting kitchen teams and Grant Achatz and co have already released a map of how their kitchen brigade will line up at Eleven Maddison Park.
The idea is that each restaurant will offer their own signature experiences in each city - giving food lovers from 800 miles away the chance to sample
