The pick for wine of the year goes to Riglos 2009 Gran Corte Las Divas Vineyard Bordeaux-style Red Blend. The wine is from Tupungato, a town in the Argentine region of Mendoza.
Its bouquet is described as ''cushioned berry aromas come with exotic perfumes, bath oils and crushed flower petals.'' The wine is a blend of 50% Merlot, 40% Cabernet sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc.
